Returns & refunds policy
DOCUMENTATION FOR REPLACEMENT AND REMOVAL

Returns and replacements are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order in accordance with the procedure described here.
You can return the item at your own expense.
You do not need to return the entire order, but only part of it.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT OR ENTIRE ORDER

Do you need to return an order?
Items ARE RETURNED through this process and must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the order.
Fill out the return and exchange form.
Enclose the completed return form in the package with the items you wish to return and mail to the address Via Svetonio 2, 20135, Milano, Italia.
After our staff has received the return and checked the integrity of the product, the return procedure will be carried out using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The completion of this procedure will occur within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the return by re-crediting the amount equal to the cost of the goods and the cost of delivery.

Do you need to replace an item?
If you have made a purchase and wish to REPLACE ONE OR MULTIPLE PRODUCTS, you can always do so within and no later than 14 days from the date you received your order by following the procedure below:
Contact our customer service and order a new size or desired variant.
Enclose the completed return form in the package with the items you wish to return and mail to the address Via Svetonio 2, 20135, Milano, Italia.
After our staff has received the return and checked the integrity of the product, the return procedure will be carried out using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The clothes will be sent to you immediately in the requested size.

WITHDRAWAL TERMS

All items must be returned subject to the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 52 of the Consumer Code, subject to the following conditions:
a) All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. If a return is damaged, stained with dirt, missing an ID tag, or with any obvious modification, it will be rejected again to the buyer, who will be charged for normal shipping costs;
b) All things are checked before sending, they all have a tag and therefore it is advisable not to disconnect it until you are sure that the product fits correctly;
c) The goods must be returned to the sender in the same packaging in which they were delivered, and the return of orders must be carried out exclusively through the courier who delivered the order;
d) Returned items must not be used, washed or damaged;
e) Gift shops reserve the right to refuse returns if they have been reported, shipped or shipped after the specified days or if the products are damaged.

REFUND
Once staff has verified that the return complies with the terms of the rejection, an email will be sent to you confirming acceptance of the return. Please observe the following conditions:
a) The refund will be made in the same currency in which the payment was made;
b) The amount will be credited back to the account previously used for payment;
c) If you purchased using a discount voucher, the amount to be refunded will be equal to the amount paid using the voucher.

REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS
a) Replacement of one or more items can only take place for items that are still in the same condition in which they were received: not used, altered or laundered and with the original tag attached.
b) Replacement is valid only for products of the same model that differ in size or color. It is not possible to replace different types of items and different price ranges.
c) Goods must be returned to the sender in the same packaging in which they were delivered, and orders must be returned exclusively through the courier.
